Sensei Erik Paulson has a prolific background in martial arts and is a favourite coach worldwide for his excellence in martial art and his devastating array of body weapons. He currently coaches his own stable of fighters for the Ultimate Fighting Competition (UFC).

Q. How will I know I am Progressing? We grade our all our students every 3 months. This is to track and monitor your progress throughout your Martial Arts journey. You will get regular feedback on your progress we help you set and achieve your goals to ensure you are successful.
Q. Do I have to Buy all the Training Equipment? No. We provide all necessary equipment for you to use. We also have a shop where you can purchase your own personal equipment.
Q. Is it a Safe Training Environment? Absolutely. We have 3 fully equipped academies with two fully matted areas. All of our instructors are C.R.B Checked, trained in first aid and child protection certified through Dudley M.B.C.
Q. Are there Classes for Beginners? Yes. You also get your own beginner curriculum to get you use to the etiquette, pad work and drills that are unique to Martial Art Concepts. Our Team will make sure you start in the right classes for you.
Q. Do I have to be Fit to Start? No. You just have to be willing to take the first step onto the mat - then go at your own pace and we will help you do the rest!
